The Provider collects from the Customer information that the Customer provides in order to: (i) create the user account which may include but is not limited to name, e-mail, telephone number, address, username and password, bank account, Trade Register identification number, unique identification code; (ii) information provided by the Customer in order to provide the Services including but not limited to billing data, Customer personnel data, etc; (iii) information in connection with the provision of the Services obtained from public data and/or third parties.

The Provider collects information regarding the Customer’s use of the Services, including but not limited to the type of Services requested by the Customer, the date and time period during which such Services were provided.

The Provider collects information on how the Customer interacts with the services, the preferences expressed as well as the settings chosen in connection with the services. In some cases, the Provider may use cookies, pixel tags and other technologies with similar functions that enable the creation and maintenance of unique identification.

The Provider may collect information about the Customer’s devices through which the Services are accessed such as operating systems and versions thereof, software, hardware, file names and versions, device identification data (IP address), etc.

The information collected is processed by the Provider for the purpose of providing the Services. The Provider also uses this information to ensure the security of users and their devices, Customer support and for the development of current services. The Provider does not disclose the information to third parties for marketing purposes.

The Provider is authorized to use the collected data in the framework of any investigation/judicial proceeding related to the Customer’s use of the Services as well as in any other cases where its use is permitted under applicable legal provisions.

2. CONFIDENTIALITY

Confidential Information – The Parties agree to use the other Party’s confidential information solely in connection with the Services and not to disclose it without prior written approval, except: i) when required to do so by specific law or regulation or when requested by a professional body; ii) to advisors with whom the Parties are working.

The Provider may disclose confidential information to subcontractors or service providers provided that they are bound by confidentiality obligations, as well as to the Client’s consultants who are involved in the matter in question. The obligation to maintain the confidentiality of information received in connection with the contract shall remain valid for three years after receipt of such information. The above shall not apply to information which (i) is publicly available, or (ii) was received from someone who is not under a duty of confidentiality in relation to it, or (iii) was already known to the Party receiving such information.

3. COOKIE POLICY

Cookies are small files that are stored on a user’s DEVICE and contain two pieces of information:

– cookie name, which is similar to a variable name and is intended to identify a particular cookie from others;

– cookie content, which contains limited information, a code decipherable only by the server.

Cookies are used so that the server can identify a particular user during a visit to the site, to provide certain personalization or services such as shopping cart generation or authentication.

Cookies do not contain any information such as first name, last name, e-mail address or the like; if they are collected, they are all kept securely on the server.
